"First and foremost, Andrea was an amazing host! She was able to accommodate a last minute and an early check in and was extremely prompt with her responses to any of our requests. Definitely the best host I’ve ever encountered and I would stay at any place she hosts. The views were incredible from the hot tub and the guest suite. It was quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is a beautiful one. We did get profiled however one night walking our dog (black , lgbt couple) but it was by a neighbor...

"It was very clean and quiet. I was surprised because I thought we would hear the planes at night but I slept great. Good soundproofing-could not hear other guests. Property managers were nice and even carried our luggage upstairs. There is no elevator and we were on top floor 48 steps but it was not too difficult. Just be aware if you cannot do stairs. Good security. Very close to Balboa park. When we got there, it took a while for a/c to come on but then it worked fine."

"We enjoyed the proximity to parks, the zoo, downtown, soccer stadium, the airport, etc. The host was great to deal with. The property needs some tlc. The awning in the yard which shows in the picture was lying on the ground, there was no tray for the dish rack, the bedroom closet door was off the slider and the cabinet under the TV in the living room was partly broken. You'll need to be able to sign in to your own streaming services and there's no live TV. These are minor details and as such we...

"Took my 10 year old granddaughter to my favorite place…Coronado. Ironically got the exact same bungalow I had 2 years ago. It was perfect. Always stocked with all you need, they have added beach wagons, chairs, sand toys and more! It was so nice to be able to use the wagon…little legs are always worn out on the way home from the beach. We shared many deep conversations at the outdoor seating. It was a perfect trip. I will always look for these properties in the future."
