"The property was head and shoulders above what we expected when we booked it. The photos look nice enough and the description and other reviews helped guide our decision. Ultimately it was talking to Liz the manager that set our minds at ease and I'm so happy we chose this home for our vacation. My wife and I and our four adult children (two daughters, son, son-in-law) had plenty of space and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We spent the majority of our time in the pool and kitchen but every bedroom was nicely furnished and felt like being at home. The bathrooms were all spotless. I can't say enough good things about this property and the people running it. We usually stay a week on Marco every year or two and have always been happy with the houses but this is the first time I want book the same place again next time. Thank you to Hugh and Liz and the whole team. If you'll be there, we'll be back."

"Being the owner of a large Vacation Rental company myself I can’t help but eyeball everything when I rent a vacation rental. This home was amazing. I traveled with a total of 7 other adults and we did not lack for space.Our rooms were all perfectly anointed with plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. The beds we’re very comfortable and the rooms themselves were spacious and with plenty of dresser and closet space.The cooking and dining area was well suited for entertaining offering a large open area from the island and a beautiful dining room that sits eight easily. Plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses provided.The pool area offers many areas to sit while the pool itself looks new. PLUS…there is an absolutely beautiful new glass outside sauna. Just gorgeous! If your a grill master look no further its top of the line and new! You could cook for 15 easily on it!Large tv’s through out with comfortable sitting area.As with any beach rentals the towels and laundry can be an issue. Not to worry to large front load washers and one very large front load dryer that could handle it all at normal cycle.As for beach accessories they have it all conveniently stored in the outside shed..chairs, umbrellas and wagon. I would not hesitate to rent this house again but I have a feeling it will probably be booked solid next time we try. If you get the chance to stay here don’t hesitate!!!"

"I was hesitant to write too much about our experience…because then the house will always be booked!! However, we had such a fabulous stay…I had to share!!! It started with excellent and detailed communication with the property manager prior to our arrival. This is such a luxury home and the personalized service you receive is at the same level. The property management offers a concierge service that met our grocery & floral delivery. They even set up an Easter egg hunt for our small grandchildren and an Easter egg scavenger hunt for our teen kids…including prizes!! They offer a chef service and airport service if you require it! Right out of the gate…we felt like this was a Ritz Carlton Concierge level service!! Then we arrived at the home…it was beyond amazing!! The home owner has thought of every luxury detail you can possibly pack into a home!! My kids never wanted to leave the property and we were only a few blocks from the beach!! The pool and spa are incredible, along with the putting green, corn hole game and watching movies at night from the lenai! The oversized kitchen and open floor plan made it very comfortable to entertain up to 14 people easily! Every bedroom is elegantly decorated with comfortable bedding, towels (weezie…for all of you towel snobs) and a beautiful in suite bathroom. All bedrooms also have water views and access to the upstairs Lenaii. If I could give this house 20 stars…I would! Absolutely fabulous from start to finish!! "
