"Great location! Love Trastevere! Property is right in the middle of all the action, we loved the area and how everything is in walking distance. Maria the host was there to greet us and check us in, she was lovely! she recommended a great spot for lunch and even called the restaurant to reserve a table. Check out was simple and Maria also reserved out private transportation to the airport for early in the AM. Great host and space, cant wait to return!"

"I will write more about this in a letter of complaint to Hotels.com. This place should NOT be listed with you, It is NOT a hotel and it is not an acceptable b&b.. Communications from the hosts were awful. I locked the door with my phone inside - which meant i had not access coed. It took over an hour for them to respond. Then the power went out and it took over an hour for them to divulg where the circuit breaker was. The apartment is on the third floor (fourth in AMerican terms) which means 8...

"Super location, walkable neighborhood with good restaurants, gelato, family neighborhood. The property was clean and very comfortable. Loved having the balcony to relax for morning espresso or evening snack. And a kitchen if needed! We would definitely return! Great value!"

"We had a very nice week at Palazzo Medusa. The room was very clean, and staff especially Valentina, were very helpful with prompt responses to our needs. The hotel is centrally located to many local attractions, and we were able to walk to most places easily. "

"Reception was very welcoming, very helpful, especially Mattia. He was just so kind and helpful. The other gentlemen working at reception we also very kind. "
"Our stay at Trilussa Palace Spa & Wellness was unforgettable. What we loved most was the daily access to the private thermal spa — it can be reserved for an hour at a time, and you have the entire space to yourself. The spa includes a Turkish sauna, dry sauna, hot and cold inductions, and a relaxing hot tub. Water, robes, and showers are provided, making it the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring Rome. I spent every night there, and it was pure bliss.
When tragedy struck and my mother suffered a heart attack, the staff went above and beyond to help in every way possible. I especially want to thank the kind woman with dark hair at the front desk — I wish I remembered her name, but her compassion and care meant the world to me. Being alone in a new city and not speaking the language was overwhelming, but she made me feel safe and supported.
The rooftop restaurant was spectacular, offering delicious food and a stunning view of Trastevere — truly one of the best in Rome. The bus stop just outside the hotel made it easy to get around the city and travel to the hospital. Breakfast was also excellent, featuring both American and Italian options.
Trilussa Palace is small, quiet, and full of heart. It’s a peaceful oasis in the middle of Rome — perfect for those seeking relaxation and a personal touch. I am forever grateful for my experience there."
"This hotel was beautiful and the staff made it exceptionally comfortable. Our room was a Suite Garden, and it was spacious with a bedroom and sitting room. Breakfast was included with this room and an absolute must, because it was so enjoyable! I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I walked everywhere. The Vatican was a 30 minute walk but was not difficult and there were shops and restaurants a short walk away. This was a 5 star stay in every way! "
