「This hotel was exceptional - from the beautiful layout of the property with all its greenery, to the huge room with the comfiest bed, the impressive breakfast spread to the friendly staff. Even the resident tortoise was charming. Trastevere is a really lovely area to stay in and this hotel is close enough to the action but also remarkably quiet and private. So close to the river and walkable to central Rome. Will definitely be back!」

「Cianza muy amable estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo y nos permitió la llegada un día después del check in (que por motivos del vuelo tuvimos que retrasar) Lo único que vimos de malo y no fue por el lugar es que a la llegada desde la estación St Pietro Google nos mandó por unas escaleras y calles empinadas (que con maletas fue horrible) Isabella nos dio otras rutas para poder llegar mejor ! Sin duda volvería a repetir, pudimos dejar las maletas un poco más de tiempo! :) 」

「We had a very nice week at Palazzo Medusa. The room was very clean, and staff especially Valentina, were very helpful with prompt responses to our needs. The hotel is centrally located to many local attractions, and we were able to walk to most places easily. 」

The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities, such as a fridge, ironing board, toiletries and WiFi. 「Although this hotel doesn't have their commercial banner. I spent lots to figure out where is it. LUCKLY a staff came to me. SEEMS she have had waited for a while, sweet. EVERYTHING IN SUITE IS WELL. SERVICE ALSO WELL. 」

「從入大門就很驚豔，有風格特色，熱情服務人員引領到房間，但失望極至，狹小空間，連擺放物品的桌子也沒有，廁所更是奇怪，有根大圓柱在馬桶邊，上廁所壓力極大又空間狹小。隔音差，不定時聽救護車，及摩托車經過，難入眠，背子既薄又硬，房間設施不理想。」

「Good centrally located place to stay in Rome. The staff was helpful any time we needed them. 」

「Det bästa? Det vackra taket, balkongen och LÄGET. Efter att ha utforskat stora delar av Rom kunde vi konstatera att området som Suite del Barone ligger i var vårt absoluta favoritområde. Levande gator från morgon till kväll, butiker för shopping (både turistprylar men också andra små independsnt shops) och så bara ett stenkast från fantastiska Piazza Navona! 」
