We stayed on our wedding night on the 4th of July, and we had the most amazing time! Amazing hospitality, quick responses, personal touches, and a pool party really made us feel so accommodated. Would definitely stay again!

Bedrooms and upper floors tired and needed updating. Bath tiny and bathrooms basic. Breakfast selection nice but capacity limited and felt hurried by staff to move on. They were clearly in a hurray around you so notat all relaxing

Great location, nice and clean rooms equipped with the usual facilities. There was no coffee machine in my room (not sure about other rooms), but the main lobby has coffee and tea in the morning. I needed hot water, and when I asked for it, they promptly sent a kettle to my room. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants, Market St. and BART. Will definitely come back again.

"I enjoyed my stay, but was shocked when I checked in, I was not assigned the room with two beds I had requested initially. On top of that, I was asked for a deposit of five hundred dollars."
