I arrived to find the place in unacceptable condition - clogged sink drain with hair buildup, poor overall cleanliness, and multiple advertised amenities completely missing (towels, linens, iron, bath mat, soap, hairdryer). “I had the worst customer service experience with Mbaat. I booked a property in mid-July and paid in full upfront through Expedia.
