「Wonderful rental with extra space and a perfect location! Will be back! 」

「Cozy and super quiet. Gated and lovely backyard area. Our host was welcoming and we enjoyed our holiday weekend!」

「DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! I booked this property 7 days prior to check in. I paid in full. I received an email from the host 5 days later (2 days prior to check in) that I owed another 200 (30% additional fee) because she listed the price incorrectly on the site. 「Perfect location and space for our needs. Love that everything was updated, the beds were comfortable, they accounted for little details (like usb chargers on the side table lamps), and how spacious it was. 」

「Like how secluded the property is. Needs major fixture upgrades in the bathrooms. Had issues with toilets and shower. The remodel was done poorly in the restrooms. I won’t stay again due to bathroom issues. Toilets are small, fixtures were loose, paint splatter in floors, caulking was mess in both bathrooms.」

「The property was clean, had plenty of space for the four of us & our small dog. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Close to many shops & restaurants, had more ammenities with the fully stocked kitchen than we need for our quick trip but now we know if we needed to stay longer to visit our son we could & even cook if we wanted to.」

「Nicely appointed and very clean. Great location close to FSU campus. Host was responsive and accommodating.」
