"I enjoyed my stay at this awesome resort. When we first arrived the front desk explained to me that for some reason they didn’t have my reservation from Expedia. However, I showed my confirmation and they got me checked in. My only beef is that we had to switch rooms because of the mix up. When you have multiple activities planned for the next day it is very difficult to have to unpack and pack at 7 in the morning. Overall, they definitely took care of me.
