"The hotel is a bit dated, but the service, people food and location are fantastic!
Located right on the beach, you can walk to the board walk and the sand. Local shops offer fast food and indoor upscale dining within walking distance. The beach has a stage and half shell which had bands each night. Fireworks on Wednesday night. Balcony on many rooms. A little pricey, but a nice vacation spot."

"The property was fine but I was told I couldn’t check in till 3 when I got there still didn’t have my code The owner said my room was ready at 12:30. I should have got an email from VRBO. I never received anything disappointing would have had more time at the beach."

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."
