“My only suggestion would be to have a mirror in the room because the only mirror was in the bathroom.Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We arrived late, around 1 AM and were greeted at the front desk.”

“The room was very clean. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good. Even though there are only two floors, let people know there is no elevator. As senior citizens it was a bit of a challenge getting our luggage etc up the flight of stairs and then back down again.”

“We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. Yes!……

“The place has it all: dog friendly, semi-private beach, small grass areas beachside for when you don’t want sand everywhere, pool, poolside bar/cafe, outdoor private patios and balconies. Staff was extremely warm and friendly. Was the perfect place for a surprise engagement weekend for my lady and our pup.”

“Overall it’s fine if you’re not looking for a lot in a room. At the end of the day it’s a motel. It’s definitely not great for families. The rooms look renovated but the work is shotty at best. The toilet was not secured to the floor properly, so it shook every time we used it. The water pressure was a joke. You can hear the other guests in the adjoining rooms. You can also hear the guests above you stomping around as if they were wearing brick shoes so do not stay here if you have small……

“The check in was not very helpful. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions. We tried to book by calling the place but it was $75 cheaper to book through Expedia. The fire alarm chirped all throughout the night waking us up, even going off at one point. The sleep was horrible because of it. We let the front desk know and she said we weren’t the only ones complaining and that’s to bad. They seemed annoyed we were there for one night.”

“Very cool theme and the kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The fire pits were awesome after dark. Location was good and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.”
