The Sanctuary Point home

Sanctuary point home is located in walking distance to shops, cafe, country club and the beautiful waters of St Georges Basin.
Perfect for families that like fishing, boating, kayaking, bush walking or just to relax.
Drive to the famous beaches of Jervis Bay, and also enjoy all the attractions that the bay has to offer.
There are 2 nearby boat ramps to launch your boat from so to enjoy the waterways of St Gearges Basin.
Bedroom1: 1 Queen bed

Bathroom internal with shower, hand basin and toilet
External laundry with extra toilet and shower.
Linen is provided and bath towels.
Remove and discard all food from fridge and freezer
Place all furniture back where it was found
Place all linen back where it was found
Remove all rubbish from house and place in outside bins
Clean BBQ satisfactorily or an extra cleaning fee of $80.00 will be charged after checkout
Before leaving please be sure that the house is in the same state as it was as you first entered the house or otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be added on after checkout
Any damages to the house caused by the guests will be paid for in full by the guests.
WIFI: The Sanctuary Point home does not supply Wi-Fi for your stay, however we cannot guarantee the signal strength

A security bond of $300 is to be paid in full.

If one is planning to visit the different beaches of Jervis Bay, this house is excellently located. It’s just 11-12 mins from Hyams. The supermarkets are also at a convenient distance. The house was clean. It has a good covered parking for a car. The kitchen has enough cutlery and other utensils to cook and serve for a family. In fact, it has another bath and toilet in the backyard (which is downstairs) which also contains the washing machine. This 2nd bathroom was not even advertised clearly so was a surprise. The 3 bedrooms are large and have wardrobes. Does not have an aircon and dishwasher, but that did not bother us. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, which proved enough for my group. Overall a great house.

House is much bigger than it looks in photos. Very clean. Bonus was an extra shower and toilet in the laundry which wasn’t listed. Plenty of room for 7 adults.

A lovely simple house with plenty of room for our family. It was well supplied with plenty of crockery/cutlery etc. It was very cold in the house (it’s Winter) with only one small electric heater and not enough blankets for everyone. It was better the second night having kept the heater running overnight.

Relaxing stay (and lots to do 😀)

Good location, large house, handy for the local attractions and a good selection of local shops and nationwide supermarkets within an easy 15 mins car drive. There’s more to see and do south of Sydney than Wollongong and Kiama. Would book again!
