"This vacation rental was fabulous. It was very clean, no previous vacation renter clutter, amazingly well organized and wonderfully quiet. But it's the little details that really make a difference, such as having (1) hairdryer in each bathroom, a coffee station with mugs, stirrers and goodies. Check in was very easy, and it was sent in advance of our trip. We had communications with the owners who were quick to respond. The bed was both large and very comfortable and all the furnishings were top notch and in excellent condition. Even though we did not get to use the outside area due to rain, the location is great, right on the river with a seating area and firepit. "This is now our go to place to stay when visiting this area of Arkansas. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, with a large tub and a large separate shower. It also had a washer and dryer in the apartment! Great communication with the staff! If I only had a fishing pole with me, there is a lake right behind the building we stayed in. Outstanding!"
