“This B&B is in such a perfect location! Easily walkable to all the things we wanted to do. Staff was immediately attentive and there for your every need. Rooms were wel appointed but a bit on the small side. Living room and front porch were wonderful places to relax and take in the sights or just chill on the porch swing. Breakfast choices were all delicious and graciously served. Only drawback was parking was pretty pricey for the small lot. Definitely reccommend!”

“This property was in a very clean, safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and clean. Very good for 2 seniors with an excellent walk-in shower. “We did a last minute booking after having to cancel the careful researched stay planned months ago. Jonathan’s place save the day! The location was amazing, we were able to easily park ( DC easy, but still) we were able to walk in the neighborhood and enjoy restaurants. Jonathan provided so many extras, from toiletries to coffee and ziploc bags. Great location, great place. ”

"The front desk staff was friendly, but I was disappointed with the room arrangement. I booked a high-rise room, but when I checked in, I was told that there were no rooms available. I was assigned a room on the third floor. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, which affected my sleep. The soundproofing of the room was very poor, and the sound from the next room could be heard completely. When I checked in, only the ice machine on the 12th floor was working. In the summer with a temperature of up to 100 degrees, this was really bad! In the morning, we had breakfast in the lobby. The food was rich, and the staff would replenish the food and drinks in time, but I was sitting for about half an hour for breakfast, and I was bitten by mosquitoes three times on my legs. This was not a good experience."
