"This hotel deserves a better rating than it has. Regardless of the fact that it is overpriced and not really a boutique hotel, it’s in a very good neighbourhood in Delhi, access to the airport is straightforward, it’s clean, safe, friendly and comfortable. They will arrange a car for pick ups and drop off (the car had working seat belts) at railway stations and the airport - just contact them direct rather than through the Hotels.com app (no response through the app, but very good communication...

"I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "
