「Overbooked had to take less space no kitchen one bath two beds two rooms instead of a 3/2 the manager gave us the lesser space is suppose to refund some money but never disclosed amount very disappointed made it seems like it was my fault」

「The issue I had, which I shared with the owner was that from the description, add on services available, and photos we thought we were renting an entire place for a short friends reunion weekend. The description was a vacation home on a lake and it is 2 bedrooms with bathrooms under a real estate office. The coffee maker and fridge are in the bathroom. The area is quiet and nice, its about 30 min to Galena, which was where we went each day. There is a marina, a pool, and a beach close but...

「Property was beautiful, clean and large. Private wooded lot with large deck and screened in porch. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Knives very dull but with time, I did find a sharpening stone. All was wonderful」

「We had a great stay! Check in was incredibly easy, there was lots of entertainment for the kids ages 3-14, and it was great having access to the Owners Club in the Galena Territory. 」

「Great place for a large family gathering. Everyone had their own beds. Large kitchen and table so all of us could gather and share a meal together. 10 mile views off the deck. Lots of different activities on the farm. Enjoyed Galena and the territories.」
