Good time away
This property was as good as the listing portrayed. Clean, plenty of linens and garbage bags for 2 people. Loved the front porch and the back patio. There were only a couple of issues: road was being resurfaced one day and there isn’t any other way to the property; the instructions on how to get in were not adequate. Luckily the owner was there and helped. I would recommend this listing.

We enjoyed our stay. House was very comfortable. However, the grass stickers were not only outside but inside on rugs..not good for bare feet. Also, the front storm door has a spring closing that caught my husband’s arm twice and our granddaughters foot once. Maybe it could be adjusted and loosened? Otherwise we were happy with the home. And probably would stay again.

Great location and very comfortable property. Nice outdoor amenities, plenty of parking, large kitchen. Lots of deer. Quiet street.

I dont want to be critical But do want to to be truthful. The worst was the grass with so many STICKERS mostly due to grass bring cut and not caught. The grass cutting and stikers tracked in with rubber sole shoes and dog. This wad a Big Negative as we enjoy the outside. HAD to vaccum EVEY day. We had to sweep porch inorder to sit outside. or to use. Throw rugs inside had stickers.. To be more senor friendly. I would recommenf highet beds.. Also the coffee maker needs an automatic shut off for fire safety.. i did take photos of grass and piorch and sent 1 to propertuumanagement on arrival

Weekend getaway
Kara's house is a great location for traveling through the wine country, Fredericksburg and Johnson City. It is quite and lots of wildlife. The backyard looks into the football stadium of the local high school. We got to sit out and watch the game. You feel like you are way out in the country. Everything you could need is there! Spacious house.

Girlfriend weekend
We chose this house for its central location in Johnson City. There were four women that stayed at the house. We liked the open den and kitchen area, the two bathrooms, comfy mattresses, the open parking area and the pool. We loved using the pool in the hot afternoons.

Wonderfully accommodation for all ages.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this home provided all the accommodations we needed and more. Very family friendly, comfortable and clean. It was very disappointing that we discovered that both bottles of Butane were empty when we went to grill burgers on Saturday night. The property management should have checked this prior to check in. But overall location and amenities were great. thanks.

Excellent for a family getaway in the Hill Country
Property was great. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool was great. We enjoyed the grill, patio, and mister on the patio was great to help with the heat. Owner left many nice, extra touches to ensure a comfortable and relaxing location--games, books, beach towels, and blowups for the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location allowed us to take daytrips in many directions in the hill country or just hang out and enjoy time in the pool.
