“Everything was good apart from the room.
First room offered a the kitchen extraction unit running past the window which was extremely loud.
Second room was quieter however was in the attack so incredibly confined and hot.
We actually left at midnight as even with a fan, and no heatwave the room was just too hot.”

“Charming B&B excellent accommodation great spot easy walk into Woodhallspa. Breakfast was superb. Staff and owners could not be more helpful. Plenty of parking, nice areas to sit and relax in and out of rooms. Immaculately clean. Good spot from which to walk cycle and tour. Quiet but not remote. In room refreshments aplenty and generous bathroom consumables including towels. Room airy, air con perfect given heatwave we encountered, shower big powerful and very nice. Bed huge and super comfy.……

“Lovely hotel in a fabulous quiet
location.
We stayed for 4days the food was good but the menu didn't change in the time we were there, so not a lot of choice. Having said that the area has a number of good eating places nearby.
Staff hard working and attentive.
