Cosmic Rabbit is your desert home away from home. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area and amazing outdoor living - you'll feel like you're at your own private desert retreat.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 adults and 3 kids. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with attached bath, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a desk area, bedroom 3 has bunk beds and an additional trundle for sleeping for 3 kids. The bunk room also has a fun chalkboard wall for you kids creative minds!
Make the most of your relaxing desert getaway with our outdoor amenities including a hot tub, a stargazing platform, kids' area and a grill with outdoor dining area. During the summer months, enjoy our cowboy tub for a quick cool off! (Cowboy tub NOT heated)

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation
• YARD
This properties back yard is not fully fenced.
• POOL
The pool is a cowboy tub, not a full size pool. They are used for sitting and soaking in water. It is not operable during the winter months and is only available April - October, it is cold-water-only.
• PETS
We allow well behaved dogs under 25lbs, no more than 2 at a time without hosts permission and added pet fee. Please see the house rules for the full details. The yard is NOT fully fenced.
• A/C AND HEAT
The house has central AC and heat so you can be comfortable all year around.
• KITCHEN
Do not cut directly on the counter tops. Please use a cutting board. The fridge is a mini fridge, for stays over 2 night we will give access to the garage with an additional full fridge.
• KIDS ROOM WITH BUNKED AND TRUNDLE
Please be mindful of your children sleeping on the top bunk. By booking this home you are releasing the homeowner and management from liability for any accidents or injury. There are 3 single beds in this room; 2 bunk beds and 1 bed that pulls out from under the bunk bed
• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed.
If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane fire pit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.
• FRIDGE
There is a full size fridge available in the garage and a mini fridge in the kitchen
• WASHER/DRYER
House has a washer and dryer available to guests that are staying with us for an extended period of 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room.
• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.

Connect with your soul during your desert stay. Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by private teacher and energy guide.
