「Very convenient location ... easy walk via staircase to downtown area; drive to Olympic Natl Park/ Hurricane Ridge. Free breakfast at Quality Inn across the street offered a variety of hot & cold options. Beds were super comfortable. House was very clean. The kitchen had basic items, but there was no cutting board. Overall, it was a great value & good location.」

「Very nice property and great communication, but I came down with Covid the day before our visit and Kim would not allow us to cancel. This left a bad taste. So we either had to forfeit our fee or else drive all the way to Port Angeles to quarantine. But the place is fantastic」

The space is so cozy/private, bed was comfortable, and the outdoor patio was lovely to hang out on and drink coffee on sunny mornings and grill our dinner at night. The hosts were responsive, kind and left lots of good recommendations for the area in a binder. There’s a public park area in front of the house that has great views of Port Angeles, and a zig zag path just steps away that leads to the main downtown area. We will definitely be back soon!」

「We had such a wonderful stay at the Blue Haven on Lake Sutherland! The house served all of our needs as a gateway to long hiking adventures in Olympic National Park each day. Our host was fast and responsive to any inquiries and the check-in/check-out process was hassle-free. We loved being right on the lake and spent our mornings with coffee on the dock and evenings rowing around the cove. Hope to venture back one day!」

「We really enjoyed our stay - particularly the view of the lake, hanging out on the dock and taking the kayaks out on the lake. The cabin was also very clean upon our arrival. The only issue we experienced was weak water pressure, but this may just be a nuance with "cabin-living". 」

「This was a perfect stay for our short visit to the Olympic Peninsula. The place is right in the heart of all the great hiking. There is a comfortable bed, a kitchen including a stovetop and oven; we had everything we could need. The place was super clean and Don was a super welcoming host - as was his dog Blue! :) the property itself is gorgeous and it made for such a peaceful and relaxing retreat. When we return to the area we will be sure to keep this place in mind!」

「Great spot to stay when visiting Olympic National Park. We loved building a fire outside our cabin and enjoying the view. Coffee on the porch in the morning with the views too was amazing. It was a quiet property, well maintained, and the cabin was clean and had what we needed for our stay. 」
