The location was fantastic, but unfortunately our non-smoking room stink horribly of cigarette smoke. We had coughing fits all night.
Staff was not very welcoming compared to hospitality across our trip. Last con is this was the most firm bed of our whole trip.... less comfy than futon.
Best pro was the location, but we had an uncomfortable cramped and smoke filled stay that made us wish we had our backup hotel for the whole stay in Sapporo.
Payed the same price down the street for a room with no smoke smell, bigger room, and comfier beds...wouldn't stay here again.

"It is a ok hotel. One feedback is that I booked a triple sharing room and they still give a room for 2 persons and squeezed a bed in for the third person. It makes the room very small for 3. They should have placed us in a larger room. Forza hotel in Kyoto did just that for a triple sharing ..."
