Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war nicht gut. Der Boden war sehr dreckig und verklebt. Auch die Bäder waren nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt und die Küche ebenso. Geschirr und Besteck waren teilweise noch verdreckt. Eine Begrüßung und Einweisung durch den Gastgeber fand nicht statt. Der Gastgeber hat sich bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts nicht vorgestellt, obwohl er nebenan wohnt. Es sollte aus der Anzeige deutlich hervorgehen, dass das Haus in der Einflugschneise von Schiphol liegt und es deswegen sehr viel Fluglärm gibt.
