"The cottage itself is the second story of the two-story unit. The inside is very attractively decorated Hawaiian beach motif. It hadeverything you could need in a beach apartment with chairs, towels, umbrellas, body boards, etc. masks fins. snorkel. The apartment itself is a bit of a sauna, it’s soaks in that sun and with the humidity of the beach it is very warm and sticky. The owner has yet to fix two windows that would allow more Breeze into the apartment, I really hope she fixes them now...

"This is our top vacation destination. It’s our fifth stay. We love being able to cook our own meals in the well-furnished kitchen and then literally step outside to the beach. We could hear the waves from our bedroom. Sunrises are stunning. We saw sea turtles and seals on the beach. Host is very responsive and helpful. Snorkel gear is provided, and there’s often some nonperishable food in the pantry (coffee, oil, sugar, salt/pepper). We can’t wait to return."

"Property was as described. Pool is shared pool with other tenants, but we rarely saw them and when we did everyone was so friendly! Property owners were kind and easy to reach and communicate with! Property was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. Parking was tight, but doable! Would definitely stay here again. "

"An uncomplicated house sitting right on the beach! "No fluff" is not a bad thing, just that the house had exactly what you needed and nothing you did not. Ample sleeping space, multiple bathrooms, easy beachfront access, and an outdoor shower to get the sand off. Easy check-in to boot!Oh, and we counted 14 wild peacocks roaming the property at one time! Really neat for the kids!"

"The unit was perfect with beds. Kitchen and view of both sunrise and sunset Private use of beach with surf boards, body boards and snorkeling gear available to use! We came here to reunite with our kids 26,23,20 who have been travelling in New Zealand!! "I rented this property out for 39 days. Basically there isn’t a whole lot of you should expect here. It’s a very small place that is overpriced. Location is nice to Waikiki but next to a park that has a lot of homeless individuals on drugs. Customer service would receive 0 stars if available."

The house is about as convenient to both Lanikai and Kailua as you can get, easy walk or bike to both. It is a perfect combination of relaxed decor, cleanliness and amenities. "We had an amazing stay in Kailua. We loved the area that had a beautiful beach nearby (walking distance), many shopping and food options with a small town feel, and very responsive and helpful hosts. Driving to all the other attractions on the island were only 30 minutes to an hour away. The lanai was a favorite spot to sit and relax enjoying the plumeria and other beautiful plants and birds. "Such a great, comfortable, quiet little cottage that is just right outside Waikiki. You will love hearing the birds (and roosters). You can take a short walk to get to Pioneer Saloon for a plate lunch or Bogarts cafe for breakfast. The beach and the zoo are all right there. "Wake up by tropical birds singing in the morning, quiet private spaces whole week experience. We ask host few stuffs at last minutes, quickly respond and great help, I will come back to stay again. In the kitchen, no cooking stove equipped, however alternative cooking equipment available and not problem on our stay. Just reminder for someone need those."
