"The room we were supposed to stay in was occupied by some people for apparently already longer period of time (2 weeks), they were aggressive when we confronted them. The owner didn't help us whatsoever and of course refused to refund because of "company policy"

"Someone was living at the apartment that was rented out to us. When we arrived and tried to get in he said these mistakes keep happening and that the owner usually arrives and drives the people to other apartments around the city. "
"Do NOT Stay! No hot water. No toilet paper. Towels are nasty after a cold shower. No working Wi-Fi. AC is very weak. Bed is all springs. Impossible to sleep on. And watch out for bugs. This place should not be listed. As a host I almost never give a bad review but I can’t allow others to be stuck with this place and waste $100. "
"We stayed in “Bianca”, a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom for 2 weeks. Very comfortable and convenient. There was an elevator in the building that was not mentioned in the description! Great location where everything was walking distance and convenient. Highly recommended. "
