"新築一軒家のようで中はとても綺麗夕方になると家の前に近隣住民のワンボックスが停まっており、荷物の出し入れで車を停車する事出来ませんでした。近くのコインパーキングは五台ほどしかないため満車だと結構歩きます。最大料金は千円行かないくらいだったと思います。学校が近くにあるので通行は注意が必要。住宅街のため、夜間はかなり静かなので、騒音等注意が必要。問い合わせもきちんと対応して頂きました。Googleマップだと辿り着けないので、事前に送られてくるルート案内資料を確認していた方がいいです。"

"What a fantastic place to stay in Ota City! Tucked away on a quiet side street this property offers plenty of space and all the amenities you will need. The bedrooms are spacious with big beds. "2家族で利用。１階と２階に別れて宿泊。１階に宿泊。初日は風が強くシャッターがバタバタとうるさかった。２日目と３日目の夜は風も無く静かだった。部屋は通りに面していて、歩く人の話し声が聞こえるがすぐに静かになる。基本、夜は静かで良かった。ファミリーマートが徒歩１分。京急、大森駅が徒歩10分。もしもレンタカーを借りる予定なら、近くにコインパーキングがある。ただ、一方通行が多く道は狭い。ワンボックスタイプだと慣れていないと気を使う。全体的に、値段も手頃で私達には立地条件も良かった。満足出来る旅に成った。"

Property is beautifully maintained with plenty of space and excellent amenities - A/C in each bedroom and the living room (key during a hot Tokyo summer), on-site washer and drying facilities, and fully stocked kitchen with induction cooktop, rice maker and coffee machine. Beds were comfortable and internet reliable. Location was a relatively short walk to two different train stations for easy access to tokyo, shinkansen and haneda airport. "Central to two train stations and lots of local shops at Kamata. It's a short train ride from Haneda Airport which is great if you're arriving late like we did. Older style house which we loved and thoughtful extras like bandaids, washing detergent and spare toothbrushes. "

"Nobody called/messaged me about the property before showing up and google maps showed two different locations from the address given that we still couldn't find. I called the contact support number provided in one of their emails only for the person to tell me that the address listed isn't a hotel or a vacation home. That it was an apartment."
