“1）床墊好大嘎嘎聲不斷
2）電視遙控器後面缺一片護住電池的板
用膠帶黏住，常常感應不良，難開啟關閉
3）Wifi 很👎，出狀況，常常沒有網路連結，有時候會自動跳到失效的網路，有聯絡解決，但出狀況不斷，所以後來放棄，浪費太多時間了
3）面紙缺貨3天，只好自行購買
4）這次住2樓，房內常常聽到吱吱聲，不知道從哪裡來的
5）住了兩個多星期，比以前住在這裡的狀況差很多
一年來在這裡住過幾次，都在高樓層，差不多有二個月，都覺得不錯，只有這次令我們失望，提供經驗，期待改善，下次仍會選擇住宿。

“We had an amazing stay at Ken's. Close to stores, and restaurants. The establishment is new and clean. Looks very modern designed. Comfortable bedding. The check in and out was simple too. The place had a washing machine which also dried! Soo, fancyyy!

“位於JR濱松町站與地鐵芝公園站附近的住宿空間，是我第一次在日本下榻的非飯店型旅宿。整理的體驗感受極佳，房間有浴缸可以泡澡，也有小廚房，空間的規劃與設計還不錯，唯一小可惜的是沒有電梯，但不影響整理的溫暖體驗。附近應該是住宅區很安靜，生活機能方便且距離東京鐵塔不會太遠。”

“The apartment was clean, cane with everything we needed. The pocket wifi was an absolute life saver when our xell phones wouldn't work. They were in good contact times with me, and even told me i forgot a pair of socks. A+.”

“入住前皆已填好資料，中間幾次要求給密碼，卻遲遲不給。直到入住當填晚上22:00點都未能取得密碼，提供的聯絡電話都是語音找不到人，非常麻煩且不專業。
交通及住宿環境都尚可，就是得冒著付了錢找不到聯絡人，還進不了房間的風險。請慎思”

“My family and I had a wonderful experience with this stay. It was conveniently located very close to many attractions as Shibuya
Crossing,Tokyo Tower and a 30 min drive to Disneyland. The host was amazing with instructions and cleanliness of the place as they came midweek to clean and restock towels. It was so comfortable with the beds and the shower. If you never been to Japan and this is your first type of place you’re staying in make sure you understand how the hot water works for the shower.……
