「Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. 「The staff at The Columns are extremely nice and helpful. The included breakfast has many nice options and is well-prepared. We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. The second floor is not great for tall people because there are so many low ceilings, and the rooms feel cramped. 」

「The Staff was very helpful. We left an unused pool towel outside the night before and they did their best to try and find it. The location is excellent with an easy and safe walk to many restaurants along the riverfront.」

「I stayed in hotal Five S for a few weeks in dec/jan 2026. Beautiful, well maintained building in a nice spot in Kampot (less than a dollar to the river by tuktuk). Friendly owner, efficient staff. Good breakfast in several variants in a nice garden-like environment with a small pool. Although the location is quite central (1 minute to nightmarket, 4 minutes to Durian roundabout), the place is serenely quit. Nice collection of books in the lobby. 「Nous avons apprécié le restaurant au bord du lac et la cuisine était très bonne. Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine sur le toit terrasse au-dessus du restaurant. Le personnel était très serviable et à l'écoute. 」

「Effet wahou quand on découvre les lieux. À part ceci, le wifi ne marche pas et nous redirige vers un portail sur lequel on ne peut pas se connecter. Le lit de la 1ere chambre était cassé. Les poubelles des précédents invités n’étaient pas vidés et le bidon d’eau était vide à notre arrivé. Prestation pas à la hauteur de l’attente pour le tarif. Afin de tenir la promesse, il faudrait être plus minutieux sur les details」
