NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION Please be advised that a unit near by is currently undergoing renovations, which may result in construction-related noise that could be heard within your unit. We have not been provided with a confirmed schedule for the construction activities. As a result, noise levels may vary — some days there may be minimal or no activity, while other days may be more disruptive. Although we do not have control over the scheduling, all construction is required to comply with the HOA’s approved construction hours, which restrict the days and times when work is permitted. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
Guests are subject to the rental agreement terms and any specific house rules outlined by the AOAO. After booking you will be required to e-sign the rental agreement through your guest portal.

Puako Place

Place was very comfortable and well maintained away from crowds. Only Info, which could have been included in hosts very informative binder is more specifics about beach access directions even though beach is close by. Also info on takeout restaurants since we arrived kind of late.
