「Next time, and there will be a next time, I will start here with my Merida visit. A 400-year-old hacienda, beautiful grounds, gorgeous bedroom furnished with antique furnishings and fixtures, an honor system well-stocked fridge with beer and Cokes, and two very interesting proprietors, I missed out on not staying here more than my last night in the city. And, it was 5 minutes away from the Tren Maya. They gave me a ride to my train with last minute notice. I can't wait to come back here.」

「Wanted to like this hotel, but my “premium” room smelled like cigarettes, had an ant ingestion (including crawling out of the toilet rim!), and a toilet that did not flush. The restaurant food was no bueno but at least the beer was cold! The pool was also nice, and of course it’s the closest hotel to the airport. 」

「Honestly you walk through the front door into another world! It feels like yuozr in the muddle of a forest and the atmosphere is peace and relaxation. Our room was spacious and airy and perfect temp to get away from the heat we had during our visit. The plung pool qas wonderfully relaxing and excitingly fun and thw under ground hot pool was wonderful. Helpful and friendlzly staff add to the fact that we will be returning to this beautiful retreat in the middle of the city.」

La atención del staff muy buena y el upgrade que solicitamos nos vino de maravilla y que sorpresivamente nos notificaron que gracias por ser usuarios VIP de Expedia, nos lo dieron sin cargo extra al final. No tenemos comentarios negativos.」
