「This condo was perfect for us! Very quiet and comfortable to relax after our busy day. My husband and I brought our coffee pot rather than use the Keurig because we like to have a couple of cups in the morning and fill our mugs to go. We would love to stay here again. 」

「Quiet, clean and affordable.」

「Property was exactly as described. Only major downside is it's parking for 1 car. The location fits 8 people comfortably so you would think there would at least be 2 spots. But the photos and description are accurate, and if you're there for ski season it's like a 7 minute walk to the Timer Town lift at South Peak. Can't beat that!」

「We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Just a few minutes from town. The kids enjoyed the pool, tennis courts & playing in the river. Beds were very comfortable. Great layout of space. 」

「This home is exactly as described. They hosts have every possible item that you may have forgotten on hand for your use. The unit is convenient to all local sites and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here!」

The owners were very thoughtful and provided coffee and sweetener, and even laundry detergent! (Yes this made me very happy as I had spilled takeout all over myself on the drive to Lincoln.) 」

The condo was exactly as advertised, impeccably decorated, very clean and well stocked with anything we needed for our getaway family weekend!The neighborhood was quiet, within walking distance from town square and close to many hiking trails. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and made sure all our needs were met. The check in and check out process was very smooth as well!Looking forward to our next stay at this top notch condo in Waterville Valley!」

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
