“We stayed in this hotel for three days while we explored Kandy. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful serene. There is a high level of attention to detail with the rooms, everything has been carefully considered. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is outside of the city, the hotel is more than happy to arrange transport to and from the centre at short notice. The food is cooked to order and tasted delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Fabulous breakfast and excellent service！ Hotel is clean with enough facilities in the room. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and considerate. Breakfast was rich with many items! A fruit platter with a variety of fruits was one of the items for the breakfast. On one day, I mentioned that I like papaya only. Then on the next day, I was surprised that they remembered it and prepared a whole plate of papaya to me! That was so warm indeed! Special thanks :) ”

“The couple were warm and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the view of the terrace was very good. The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. Unfortunately, I have been calling Hotel.com but have not responded. I hope that hotel. Upon seeing this comment, com will follow up and pay the hotel owner’s……
