“This was my first time staying at an Aloft hotel. This is a very modern place to stay and felt very up to date. Upon check-in, our refrigerator was not running but the front desk staff had it swapped out quickly. It wasn't a big deal for us but convenient that they were able to help with that as quickly as they did. We stayed at the Aloft in the winter, I would like to revisit during a busy season. “Very clean, friendly staff, confortable bed, nice pillows. Great location around plenty of stores and restaurants. Check in was a little slow. Parking lot needs to be cleaned better of the snow ans ice. ”
