"Nice staff, clean room, good breakfast. The breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they don't provide an in-room coffee maker. That's an important amenity because people like to have their first coffee in their room. No one likes to stumble down to the lobby in pajamas for their first coffee of the morning. If the hotel provides that one missing amenity, I'll give them a 10 out of 10."

"Pool still under maintenance.
Ants coming out of shower drain.
Cleaning rooms: vacuuming rooms at 1:30 am.
Fan on AC/Heater very loud. If we could have had the fan on we might not have heard the vacuuming going on.
Breakfast: really good😊biscuits were soft and yummy. Gravy was great. Everything was warm that needed to be. If not hot enough there is a microwave available.
Waffles and all the other normal breakfast items you would find at a hotel breakfast.
Evening and night crew were great! The morning were nice but seemed extremely busy. Almost too busy. Would have been nice to have an extra hand.
What I did fine nice is that none of the employees were ever short or rude with anyone. Not another employee or customer. "

"Took our kids for a night away and we all had a great time! The pool area is cool and there is an area right outside of the pool with tables so we had a nice area to eat dinner ( I prefer not to eat meals in the room when possible). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of near by places to eat and shop nearby. We slept in and breakfast was still hot and fresh. Definitely going to be back soon. Also we had an incident where my daughter’s friend blood sugar was very low and the staff helped right away by making sure she had juice and candy to get her back on track."
