"The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We loved the food and the overall experience, definitely a 10/10 all around and one of the best parts of our trip to Japan."

"Excellency Rooms on Top floors are incredible. So nice to stay in a traditional luxury Japanese room. Use of Onsen each day was a great experience and the bonus of a private Onsen was great. Would stay again. Very friendly staff and all in all a very relaxing stay."

"we enjoyed the hospitality of hotel staff"

"From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm and you can feel you’ve stepped into somewhere truly special. The service is outstanding, and both the room and the garden area are luxurious, elegant, and peaceful. This hotel is simply magnificent — a true paradise on earth to unwind and forget everything for a weekend."

"Very clean rooms, amazing view, and the staff are very helpful "

"Good stay for the price. Room is quite dated but clean and adequate. Staff is great, as usual for Japan. Would stay again if we need to visit this area. "

"駐車場が狭いので止めにくい部分もありますが、近くにスーパーもあり、ホテル内にレストランもあるので便利ですね。"

"Beautiful location"

"On the top of a mountain with an incredible view. No shuttle to resort but a short taxi drive. A good workout to walk up after dinner. Onsen great, hardly anyone there, very private. Only one hot onsen and a cold one."

"The rooms are so clean, big, and luxurious. Of course the hot spring bath on the balcony is the best amenity, but this hotel also does a great job of stocking every room with other useful items. Don't sleep in and miss the wonderful breakfast and set some time aside to relax in the lounge."
