"My wife and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The kitchen was equipped enough to cook simple meals and the view of the lake was great. It was super foggy and windy the first night but luckily it cleared up so we could enjoy it. "It was our first time staying at a hotel with a private hot spring bath in our room. We decided to splurge a little since we were celebrating our 30th anniversary during our trip to Japan. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, with a wonderful floral fragrance throughout the property. The hotel also offers reservable private hot spring baths in a semi-outdoor setting, which were incredible! We really enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee lounge, along with the refreshments provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking ocean view from our balcony. We were so happy we chose an ocean-view room! I highly recommend spending a little extra for an ocean-view room because it is absolutely worth it. We would love to return for another anniversary celebration. It was truly a luxurious and unforgettable experience, and we can’t recommend this hotel enough! Thank you for making our 30th anniversary so special!"

"An absolutely amazing stay in Hakone. The room was clean and tidy and oh so very spacious. The private onsen was a dream. The dinner and breakfast options I would highly recommend as there isn’t a lot of options around. Location is slightly inconvenient but that’s just small town life. However, this is a more modern ryokan than a traditional one which was fine with me. A great place to relax and wind down."
