“clean room, friendly staff and great location”

“A newer hotel in a great location with good amenities nearby. Located adjacent to the river with a casino located up the road and short drive to downtown. Clean rooms and a professional staff.”

“Staff was nice, room clean. But couldn’t turn on tv or use charging systems. We did not complain as we were not there much. I didn’t want to take a chance in having to move rooms. Our choice. ”

“The staff were very friendly and help. The room was clean and very quiet. Did not hear doors slamming closed or people walking by talking. The breakfast was good; the food was a little on the cold side but still good. The bar nice vibe, drinks were more ice, soda and juice thank anything, I believe for the price that was paid for the drink it was not worth it”

“The decor was hodgepodge the room was clean enough but the bathroom had the smell of a sewer I believe from the sink. The shower was good the provided toiletries were adequate. But the smell in the bathroom was horrible. Some of the staff didn’t have the time of day others were friendly”

“The check in process was fast and efficient. I love the modernization of the hotel; it’s quite beautiful. The gym is pretty amazing with state of the art equipment. The entire hotel was very clean and smelled lovely. I love that we had a smart tv in our room and were able to watch our Netflix account. Great dining options nearby and within walking distance. The breakfast options did not disappoint at all! The fresh fruit, espresso machine, and meat/cheese selections were amazing and well worth……

“Parking was expensive and not ideal”

“Pretty nice but no shampoo & ran out of hot water in the shower. Coffee was gone in lobby at 8:30”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”
