The room was clean and had a small table and chairs for sitting outside. I wouldn’t pay extra for the “ocean view.” The rooftop pool area could have been cleaned more often but it’s a nice area with a bbq if wanted. "

"We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!"
