“The kitchen had everything needed to make and prepare meals to help cut costs. The bed was very comfortable and the airconditioner just loved pumping out cold air. The host/maid Judy was amazing and super friendly made me feel welcome and like it was a small apartment building. One thing if you are a light sleeper the noise may be a problem, you are on 5th ave and Senior Frogs is not even a block away and they play and talk very loud until 2-3 in the morning. “Amazing stay at NaJ Boutique Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Aldea Zama. The rooms are stylish, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area is a great place to relax after exploring Tulum. Everything about the stay felt easy and welcoming. “We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”
