Everything was GREAT: Check-in Staff; Greeter; Condo; Pools; Lagoon; Minimal Wait Elevator; Check-Out Staff; and of course the weather

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The resort is amazing, clean, quiet, and well maintained. Some of the house utilities could be upgraded. Our oven didn’t seem to heat over 350 degrees and our dishwasher was clogged with food from previous use. One day we had no hot water pressure although, that isn’t the owners fault. A couple items would be useful to fix…toilet paper roll holders broken, there was no can opener so we had to use a knife. No salt in the kitchen. Otherwise, we were totally happy. Most of those items were minor inconveniences and did not take away from our overall experience and enjoyment. Thank you!
