“La habitación y el lugar en general son muy agradables, es justo en manzanillo super cerca del lugar donde debiamos, de hecho nos fuimos caminando, es suer cerca a la playa y en la playa. “Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

This is my third time visiting however, the only thing I didn’t like is, I didn’t request for my room to be cleaned and they came and clean my room anyway other than that I really can’t complain. The staff was great. The cleaning ladies are nice very helpful. The hosts was amazing I totally forgot their name so that I could give them a shout out sorry, ladies.
