「I love this hotel! Cute rooftop, cute café in the first floor, right near the beach and downtown. Staff is always friendly, from Caroline to Ibana, good people. One thing, i highly recommend the larger apartments with the kitchen, a little more expensive but well worth the space. But take it easy, i need to come back and make sure there's a room available! 🙂」

「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...

「Nice hotel. Not at all convenient or close to anything touristy though.」
