“The staff at this hotel are really nice and helpful. The ladies at the cafe and the pool bar were very warm and friendly. The girls at the spa were amazing when I got my massage. The maids and cleaners were always smiling and would greet you. Rooms were clean, bathrooms are concrete floors but clean and sanitary. The food at the cafe and pool bar was pretty good and there are other hotels and restaurants within walking distance. You are also a USD $5 cab ride away from El Centro where you can……

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“Super close to the airport, only a 5-minute walk. Very quiet, clean, and new place, with a spacious room. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was good.”
