“Upon arriving, I was dropped off by the taxi down the block due to the street not being a drivable street. The area is super loud lot of people that constantly hound you to buy things. I understand. I’m in another country and that’s how they make their living. I’m not against that at all however, if a person says no more than three times then that should mean no.. the actual place we stayed at we were greeted by a nice housekeeper unfortunately she didn’t speak any English so there was a huge……

Queremos agradecer especialmente a su encargado, Leo, por ser una persona tan atenta, responsable y dedicada. “There were cockroaches in the room. No running water throughout my stay. Had issues with getting double charged they were disorganized. The doors in the supposed suite I had were broken so you hear things outside which is a very busy area. My biggest issue is nobody taking accountability for the actions and when I tried talking to someone they either ignore or turn the blind eye. This boutique hotel is not gonna make it operating like that. There are much better ran hotels dont stay here and……

“I liked the breakfast included, it was made the same day, and it tastes good. The pool came very handy after walking around the city and coming back to the hotel to refresh and relax for the night. Cooks were very friendly and people were very helpful with our luggage. Just some stuff in the showers looked a little old and needed a little more maintenance but overall I’d come back. Everything works!”
