“Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. ”

“Staff members were great, super friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a balcony to the pool, nice cold AC when you needed, the pool was nice kept clean, breakfast was great every day with some fruit and even dessert, the hotel is well located with a safe place to park your car a few blocks away and a few food options right next to the hotel, overall great place to stay to experience Cartagena for a few days.”

“I had a great stay at the Hyatt in Cartagena. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—especially Dina at reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She made check-in smooth and set the tone for the entire experience. The location is a huge plus. There’s a convenient grocery store right behind the hotel, a major mall right next door, and the beach is directly across the street—everything you need is within walking distance. “I would definitely recommend this hotel, the breakfast was good, my room was clean, the pool I loved it, it had a nice view along with the bar was good as well, and the complimentary drink was good. The staff was friendly and the location was great. I was able to walk to the restaurants and the meeting points for my excursions. The clock tower is right around the corner, so it is walkable. Overall I give this stay a 10/10”

“I can't say enough of the wonderful staff, they made our anniversary an amazing one. Even from the communication before we got there until after we left. We travel around the world and their service was top notch. Next time we are in Cartagena we will definitely stay there.
