“Great experience in a great place.”

“Upon arriving, I was dropped off by the taxi down the block due to the street not being a drivable street. The area is super loud lot of people that constantly hound you to buy things. I understand. I’m in another country and that’s how they make their living. I’m not against that at all however, if a person says no more than three times then that should mean no.. the actual place we stayed at we were greeted by a nice housekeeper unfortunately she didn’t speak any English so there was a huge……

“La ubicacion esta sobre una calle muy sola y la cual nos dijeron que era peligrosa, aunque esta en Getsemani la ubicacion no esta al centro si no en un extremo, si me daba un poco de temor andar fuera en altas horas de la noche porque la calle interna para llegar ahi es muy sola y el callejon muy largo. Practicamente es como un hotel solo que no hay un telefono para solicitar al personal, como estabamos en el tercer piso teniamos que bajar para comunicarnos con ellos, lei en expedia que tenia……

“Everything about this property has been great. Staff has been excellent. Food has been great. Outdoor pool, beach and restaurants on site. All of the amenities made it hard to venture to experience other parts of Cartagena. Also very close to wall city. 5 min taxi or 15-20 min walk.”

Had to request room change, and had to insist a bit to get it. - There are renovations taking place, which imply construction noise. - Upon receiving the final check, you will get a $70+/day gratuity added. No question, not optional. I wouldn’t have minded any of these, as long as……

“Excellent location to spend your days during in Cartagena. From reception by Nathalie to breakfast service by Liz, we have no words to say how helpful and attentive they were. At nighttime we would be greeted by the desk clerk as well. During every hour of day the staff was very helpful and made you feel welcomed. Highly recommend it.”
