"Place is great! Extremely friendly staff, nice and cozy place. Super cute cat ICE! You can feel here welcomed even though you don’t know exactly all Japanese rules. Staff speaks english, private onsens are really nice This place is well communicated by bus, via rope trail or you can just take a taxi from the station. Just one remark: the hakone free pass ticket doesn’t include the bus which stops at the entrance, but you will survive! Thank you YuYu for an amazing stay!"

"An excellent small hotel, with the bonus of well-maintained and very welcome in-room onsen, as well as the relaxing and attractive public bath with an outdoor pool additional. Even in rainy weather, which we had, the access to these bathing facilities was a world of relief after a hectic week in Tokyo. The breakfasts provided were also very good. Vegetarians note -- inform the hotel of your preferences well before arrival and they can provide a suitable meal."
