"I have stayed here before and I will continue to come back. I would say the best part always is the incredible staff from the front desk to housekeeping. They are sincerely pleasant and extremely helpful. I had a challenge of missing luggage from the airport and they jumped in by helping me get updates from the airport to navigating my search to acquire items I needed immediately. The hotel is centrally located in Thamel, it’s clean, well kept, and a hands down bargain in my opinion. "

"The hotel has been excellent from the beginning. We were exhausted because of flight delay and couldn’t find the driver at the airport for pick up service. It was midnight and I should have be more careful, but they find the way to reach the driver soon and arranged us to arrive at the hotel safely. The room was also amazing. We could see beautiful cloud and mountains from the room. The meals are, too. Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was delicious and fresh. My young daughter loved...

"This an excellent modern hotel at a reasonable price and very conveniently situated to be able to walk to restaurants shops and bars as traffic in Kathmandu can be horrendous. Very helpful staff and nice restaurant beside pool for breakfast and other meals"
