“The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic. ”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this location. The staff was rude and seemed very confused about basic procedures. The checkout process was unorganized, and I was charged extra tax that no one could properly explain.
To make things worse, they deducted money from my deposit upon return and claimed that the credit card company charged them transaction fees — which makes absolutely no sense and should not be the customer’s responsibility.
They also took a wet towel from the room but……
