Houston Andretti Karting and Games Hotels

"I chose this hotel for my stay because of the amenities but I was very disappointed. The hotel pool and hot tub were dirty and the heat did not work. There was trash all over the outdoor areas of the hotel, as if it were challenging to take out the trash receptacles. The elevator was not working for the entire stay. Workers were working so hard to bring laundry up and down the stairs in black trash bags. The hotel was warm overall, and the rooms had the thermostats set to return to 79* every few hours. I woke up in the middle of the night every night to being sweaty. The breakfast in the morning was lacking usual things. The bar was severely under-stocked. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it but they are under new management which apparently is only concerned with cutting costs. I will never stay here again. "

"No any help for all of three night stays. In this price, the room is very smelly with bad sanitizer smells. Other hotels are better in this price. Not helping in room maintenance. Good breakfast "

"Needles in the parking lot, room not clean, breakfast consist of boiled egg and you had to walk next door to get it. "

"Overall decent stay, hotel itself not bad. Only gave a 3 star because quite upset that we called a day before our check-in to clarify that our flight didn’t land until late in the night and was told that there is no problem, front desk is 24/7 and you can check in when you arrive. Which we did and evening of checkin was told that they overbooked, didn’t have a room for us and we had to try and find another hotel, after calling 15 found one awful one in the middle of the night! Then next day went to the hotel where we originally booked, and had booked with our entire team, was told by this hotel staff that they over book on purpose for those that don’t check in and we mentioned that we called day before saying we will have very late check in and was told we had nothing to worry about.m, which ended up being completely wrong. Then was told they had one room available and we were eventually able to stay but upset that we communicated properly and was turned away first night cause they “overbook on purpose” and we had to hassle around finding a place to stay at 1am in the morning after our flight. "
