"Located in a very convenient spot of Hakodate City. Massive access to city tram, railway and buses. Housed next to a mini shopping mall, there are many dining options and if nothing is for you, there is always Lawson - direct access, no need to leave the building! If you are driving, huge carpark in front of the hotel. Hotel is very well maintained, rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds. In-house onsen is great to unwind after a long day out, and with free ice cream. Service - excellent."

"It’s a value for money stay. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel offers eco cleaning, with full cleaning every alternate day, so if you stay for 2 nights, there will only be eco cleaning where a clean bag of towels and amenities including water is provided. There are two restaurants offering Japanese and western breakfast which you will need to decide which one, and time you will go for breakfast at check in. The restaurants can be crowded and be prepared to wait in line even with you appointed time. The food is worth the wait, especially at the Japanese restaurant where the amount of fresh seafood and tempura awaits the diner. The only think I needs a lot of improvement is the wifi, it is not stable and sometimes not there. There is a good number of parking spaces for the guests, so even when you don’t get to park directly in the hotel, it is a few mins walk back to hotel which is fine."
