"Çalışanların çoğu kaba, çok eski bir hotel ve heryere uzak. Eğer tur ile gitmezseniz taksiye günlük en az 5 bin lira vermeyi gözden çıkarmanız gerekiyor. Odalar çok eski, içecekler ücreti. Küçük su için 40 tl isteniyor. Halılar çok kötü kokuyor. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir daha Allah düşürmesin ."

"What can I say about AJWA HOTEL,CAPPADOCIA?It is definitely the most unique from an architectural perspective,every aspect of our stay was top notch!FABULOUS HOTEL in CAPPADOCIA,The food and service at the restaurant were INCREDIBLE,the front desk staff were EXTREMELY friendly,attentive and informative( especial thanks to MR ORKHAN,CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER).

"Comfortable, clean, great views and fantastic breakfast with friendly staff. Lost a point for not arranging our hotel to airport transfer - tried to check it was all sorted the night before and told it was booked and not to worry. It wasn’t! Ended up paying for a private taxi. Our room did seem to have bits of sand dropping onto the bed and side tables from a vent above but aside from this it’s a great place to stay and would recommend."

"Outstanding views of the fairy houses, caves, and surrounding landscape. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The Turkish style breakfast was amazing. Moniq offers an excellent menu featuring local Turkish foods. The grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The cave rooms are beautifully furnished. Our stay was a recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law whom had enjoyed a wonderful stay a month ago. Highly recommend!"
"Room was upgraded but wasn’t really an upgrade. We had a king suite with balcony. Was moved to a smaller room without balcony. Hotel is nice but it’s really out of the way so we paid way more for taxis going to excursions. "
