"We loved the breakfast! The towels were very soft, unexpectedly soft. The staff were not friendly, seemed tired and ready to go which I do not blame them for that! The one thing that stood out was the ice machines were broken. The only machine that worked was the one on the second floor. Also, the elevator seems like it needs a repair. "

"Listen, I travel—a lot—and this host sets the gold standard for how it should be done. The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need: plenty of cooking essentials, both a Keurig and a coffee maker (a proper host must!), cozy throw blankets, layered bedding, a great mix of pillows, and a super comfortable mattress. The dishware was lovely, the décor was thoughtful, and the whole place was spotless.There was even a basket in the bathroom with all the little things you might forget—such a nice touch! When I checked in, I was greeted with donuts, milk, a milk alternative in the fridge, and even treats and poop bags for my dog. Perfection.This host runs her business like a true professional. Comfort was around every corner, and every room felt intentional and well put-together. I usually find myself rearranging or organizing a few things when I arrive somewhere—but not here. Everything was just right, which honestly brought me so much calm from the start."

"Judy in food service is very helpful & has a great personality. The young woman on desk duty in the afternoon/early evening (sorry I can't remember her name) is very helpful & was able to get me my favorite room. Will stay here again!"
